In December, representatives from around the world are attending a conference in Copenhagen, Denmark to discuss ways to reduce global warming emissions. This is the fifteenth Conference of the Parties under the United Nations’ Climate Change Convention or COP15.

That isn’t surprising when you consider the current administration’s focus on national service with The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, The Edward M. Kennedy Serve America Act, and having a day of National Service on September 11th.
